By using orlandocarandlimo.com, you agree to these terms. Booking a car also means you agree to the rates and booking policy, which controls fares, wait time, and cancellation.

1. The service

Executive Livery Service LLC provides chauffeured ground transportation in and around Orlando, Florida. Vehicles are driven by our chauffeurs. This website does not offer self-drive rentals. A reservation is confirmed only when we accept it in writing or by a dispatcher on the phone, naming the vehicle and the price.

2. Using the site

• Use the site for lawful inquiries and bookings.
• Give accurate passenger, luggage, and contact details.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or misrepresent your identity.

3. Rates and acceptance

Prices published on the site are starting rates. The confirmation is the price. We may decline a trip that we cannot perform safely, that exceeds the vehicle’s passenger or luggage limit, or that falls outside our service area.

4. Your responsibilities as a passenger

Follow the chauffeur’s reasonable safety instructions, wear a seat belt, and observe the conduct rules on the rates page. You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by your party, beyond ordinary use, and for fines that result from your conduct.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, and logo treatment on this site belong to Executive Livery Service LLC or are used with permission. Vehicle photographs are stock images used to show the model. You may not copy the site for your own commercial chauffeur service.

6. Disclaimers

We work to send the confirmed vehicle. Mechanical failure, traffic, weather, airport security, and road closures can force a substitute vehicle of similar capacity or a delay. If we cannot perform, we will say so and refund money you paid for the unperformed portion.

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed event, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for injury caused by our negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

7. Site availability

The website is provided as available. A form that fails to open your email app is not a confirmed reservation. Call +1 407-554-9990 if you do not receive a reply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Courts in Orange County, Florida are the venue for disputes, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect. A booking already confirmed keeps the policy that was in the confirmation.
