Not included
Gratuity, tolls, parking, and venue fees. A customary gratuity is 20%. Holiday weeks are quoted on top of the daily rate.
Wait time
MCO and SFB: 60 minutes after domestic landing, 90 after international, at no extra charge. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes. Extra waiting on an airport transfer is $25 per 30 minutes.

Quotes and payment
Card, Apple Pay, and corporate invoice are accepted. Exotic cars and holiday dates require a deposit to hold the vehicle. The balance is due before the chauffeur departs, unless you have an approved account.
Cancellation
Cancel by 24 hours before pickup and the deposit returns in full. Inside 12 hours, half the confirmed fare is kept. A no-show, or a cancellation once the chauffeur is already en route, is the full fare. Flight delays are not a no-show. Tell us the new landing time.
Extra time and changes
A booked day covers up to 10 hours. Anything past that is another day at the same daily rate. Changing the vehicle on the day depends on what is free. We do not promise a second exotic if the first is in the shop.
Passengers and luggage
Guest counts on the fleet page are the maximum, not a suggestion. Coupes and exotics do not take a full set of cruise luggage. Child seats are available with a day’s notice at no charge: infant, toddler, or booster. Tell us the child’s weight.
Conduct
No smoking in any vehicle. Open containers are allowed only in the passenger compartment of sedans and SUVs, and never in a way that soaks the interior. Red wine is declined. The chauffeur can end a trip if a guest is unsafe. The booked fare still applies.
Service area
Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Celebration, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, the theme parks, MCO, SFB, and Port Canaveral. Tampa and the Gulf coast are day rates. Miami is a day rate plus a return plan.
