How a booking works

A quote before the car moves.

Tell us the date, the pickup, and how many people are actually riding. We confirm the vehicle in writing, with the daily rate and the airport flat rate if that is the job.

  1. 01Call or send the form. Same-day cars are a phone conversation.
  2. 02We reply with the car, the rate, and what is not included.
  3. 03A chauffeur in a dark suit meets you at the terminal, hotel, or house.
  4. 04A day covers up to 10 hours. Past that, the next day is the same daily rate.

Meet-and-greet at Orlando International, with a name board in the terminal and complimentary wait time on the flight.

By the day

One daily rate covers the chauffeur and the car for up to 10 hours. Meetings, houses, and dinners stay on the same booking.

Weddings, galas, and proposals. We stage the car, hold the timing, and stay off the photographs until you want it in frame.

Port Canaveral transfers with luggage room. The Expedition and RS 6 are the practical picks. The Wraith is the impractical one.
