You give us information when you call, email, or submit the reservation form:

• Phone number and email address
• Pickup and drop-off details, dates, flight numbers, and passenger counts
• Payment details needed to take a deposit or close a fare, processed by our card processor
• The contents of messages you send us

We collect some information automatically when you use the site:

• IP address, browser type, and device type
• Pages viewed and the time of the visit
• The referring site, including ad clicks
• Cookie identifiers described in the Cookie Policy

2. How we use information

• To answer you and confirm, change, or cancel a chauffeured reservation
• To take payment, issue receipts, and keep trip records
• To send service messages about a booking you asked for

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you accept marketing cookies. You can reject those cookies in the banner, or use the industry pages linked from the Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep information

Reservation and payment records are kept for as long as tax, insurance, and accounting rules require, typically several years. Marketing choices and site logs are kept for shorter periods. If you ask us to delete information we are allowed to delete, we will do that and explain anything we must retain.

7. Security

We use access limits, reputable processors, and ordinary technical safeguards. No website transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send full card numbers in a free-text email if a payment link is available.

8. Children

This site is for adults booking transportation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Child seat details are collected from the adult who books the trip.

9. Links

The map on the contact page is provided by Google. Their handling of that frame is covered by Google’s own policy, not this one.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the site after that date means you are looking at the current policy.
